About
I could and probably should write a book, but I won't here and now. The incident that brought me to join the fight full-force occurred in 2013 when the state of Missouri removed my four youngest children, aged at that time, 17, 16, 13, and 8. They were taken to the home of my estranged older daughter (I have a total of eleven children) which the state had just licensed as a foster parent. Before my case was closed two of my children aged out. Our legal rights to our two youngest children were terminated in December 2016. We immediately appealed which was to go before the Missouri Supreme Court in August, if I remember correctly (the dates get a little fuzzy but the order of events is accurate) but my daughter and her husband were allowed to adopt my two youngest in July. Not surprisingly, our appeal was denied. Both children were put out of their adoptive home before turning 18. My baby, now 17 has been bounced all over the country. The one place she is not allowed is home ...but God. I have read the last chapter; I know who wins and I know what side I am on!
