Dear Mr. President
I am the National President of the Foster Children, Parents and Parental Rights Advocates Union Melvin Punch. This message is our attempt to convey to you that we have started this National Union in an attempt to bring an end to the anguish and the sorrow of millions of children and their parents which is being inflicted everyday by the actions of this nations child protective services system as it currently exists today. We firmly believe that it is the duty, the right and the privilege of every American to bring to the attention of our government those practices and policies which result in widespread injustice and harm being done against our fellow Americans. When this injustice and harm is being perpetuated by officials of state governments Under the Color of Law and Constitutional Law is ignored little alternative is left but for we members of the Foster Children, Parents and Parental Rights Advocates Union to form this National Union. As a Union it is our duty to petition our Federal Justice and law enforcement agencies to seek redress and Justice. We are addressing this petition to President Trump and our nation's U.S. Justice Department's Office of Civil Rights because of the willingness and determination both have always shown in their determination to identify and investigate any and all unconstitutional acts which have and continue to be perpetuated against American citizens. As well as because of the fact that the protections offered by both the Department of Justice and our Federal government are extended to all Americans regardless of race, religion or social class. What other recourse do we as Americans have but to form this National Union . At the same time we are petitioning our President for redress to an injustice that has been done and continues to be done to millions of innocent children and their parents.
Although we are not thoroughly convinced that every child protective system in every state is corrupt, we do know that all child protective services systems in this country operate in opposition to established Constitutional Law and in violation of children and parents Constitutional Rights. We have been encouraged by the recent news accounts of President Trump's new Justice Department's prosecution of police officers who have violated individuals Civil Rights during arrests. Also encouraging is the Justice Departments claim that they will do what is in the best interest of Americans. We are aware that the child protective services system operating in every U.S. state and U.S. Occupied Territory is run under the management and control of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. This federal agency maintains regional offices in every state. It is our belief that the Department of Health and Human Services is unwilling and incapable of properly investigating themselves. It is for this reason that we implore our recently elected President to intervene on behalf of the millions of Americans affected by our corrupted child protective services system. During President Trump's first term our Union ran a campaign on the former Twitter social media platform imploring President Trump to investigate and revise our current child protective services system. That campaign resulted in nearly 10,000 retweets. We once again request that our President use all of the powers at his disposal to make a sincere and honest assessment of the Clinton 1997 Adoption and Safe Families Act to see if that outdated legislation is functioning in the best interests of the children and families of this Nation. There was a time when everyone believed that Clinton's Act was the best solution for the helpless children of struggling families. There was also a time when most people believed that Lawn Darts was fun and safe outdoor recreation for families and their children. It is our belief that just like Lawn Darts. child protective services as it now exists will be proven to cause an intolerable amount of pain and death to children and their families and just like Lawn Darts, will be outlawed.
